Choosing a title and writing an introduction for a manuscript

The purpose of the Introduction section. What needs to be included? How to be critical without being harsh. What belongs in the Methods section.

Required Reading:

The title of a manuscript (or presentation) that you are working on, and either the first paragraph of the introduction section or a copy of the first one or two introductory slides from a talk.
